• Chicken Wrapped in Smoked Bacon with a Cheese and Leek Sauce served with Baby New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

• Slow Braised Beef Medallion in a Brandy Cream and Peppercorn Sauce served with Baby New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

• Sicilian Fish Stew with Cod and King Prawns cooked with Tomato, White Wine, Garlic, Thyme and Capers, served with Rice and Garlic Bread

• Pepper Stuffed with Arborio Risotto Rice and Vegetables topped with Parmesan and Cheddar served on a Tomato Coulis with Garlic Bread and Rocket Leaves
