• Pan Fried Seabass with Lemon, White Wine, Garlic and Butter Sauce served with Garlic Roasted Baby Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

• Slow Braised Beef Medallion with Brandy, Cream and Peppercorn Sauce served with Garlic Roasted Baby Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

• Spanish Style Chicken cooked with Chorizo, Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Tomato and Paprika, served with Rice and Garlic Bread
