A) That section 7.2 is amended

7.2 Honorary members shall not be required to pay any subscription, but shall have the same voting power and the same rights and privileges and be subject to the same rules as other members of the Club, they may take part in the management of the Club. (Proposer Ian Waddicar, Seconded Dave Enright)

B) That the following clause is inserted

ECRC commits to participation opportunities for a Taverners side, comprising majority over-45s membership (in accordance with primary participation objective of the club 2.2) and entitled to a minimum 12 midweek fixtures per calendar year on the ground on an ongoing basis. (Proposer Jimmy Smallwood, Seconded Ian Waddicar)
